Dynatrace Managed installation on Linux

I am doing a POC for Dynatrace and we require Dynatrace Managed to be installed in a Linux server. When I started with installation, it asked for a license for Dynatrace Managed. Can you provide the steps to get the License for Managed?

Note: It is a POC so I am looking for a free license for the next 15-30 days. I already logged into Dynatrace web portal with 15 days trial.

You have your license key in the email where you have received the installer file download URL.
