Dynatrace UI getting logoff frequently in every 2 minutes

Hi Team,

Good Day!!

We have Dynatrace UI login issue, it's getting logoff automatically in every 2 mints or less than that. Did anyone faced the similar issue anytime ?

We already opened a ticket with DT engineer still we are awaiting for some solution. in between we got some updates from engineer it's bcz of LDAP issue checking with LDAP team for the same. 

Please let me know if any inputs from your side. Thanks in advance.,

You had mentioned LDAP issues, if there are any, then you can have lot of various troubles (users not identified in right groups, ...). Can you log in with admin account ?

Admins can login without any errors. We have 900+ LDAP groups and newly added LDAP group members are having this issue since the day one.

you can enable debug in Managed LDAP user repository screen, when other checks fails

@sdodi as this is a Managed deployment, definitely check server logs for any errors. Maybe LDAP is not responding fast enough or network connections are missing from one of the cluster nodes.
