Hi All,

We are using Dynatrace Managed 1.310 and everything was fine since we upgraded almost a month ago. But all of a sudden from yesterday we started seeing that there is no metric data in "Hosts" page and also when we drill down to individual host, processes are shown as inactive.

Dropped messages count is high for some active gates and there is no incoming/outgoing traffic from active gates.

Restarting Active gates helped but after sometime, again we have same issue.

Please let us know if anyone faced this issue and what was the cause and solution for this issue.

We have opened ticket with support but posting here in case if anyone already faced this issue.
