Currently we received 2 seperate email for update.
We hope that moving forward these 2 emails can be merge to one especially there are 4 overlaps files/components.
The painpoint being personnel may have thought only 1 email is the update component ignoring the other email.
Also we are in a secure network or setup. We need to scan the files then upload it and download it to a jump host then finally move the file to our own server. These takes time.
Email 1 for the following component
- Dynatrace Managed Cluster
- Latest Nginx offsets
- Latest Revoked OneAgent Versions file
- Latest Go external metadata
Only after Managed cluster is upgraded. Email 2 is then send for the rest of the components
