Any update on when we might be able to access the logs for all changes either through the GUI or API?

I really need the ability to see at any given time who did what, when, where, and how as an administrator in Dynatrace SaaS. Currently, I need to reach out to support to obtain that information. Is that functionality coming to the GUI or through the API soon? Any updates around it?
