What affect if I change root's password of dynatrace managed host server after already deployed dynatrace managed?

This has no effect on Dynatrace at all. No operating system credentials are stored. Elevated commands are executed using sudo (without passwords).

You are not specifying the root password (any password except the Dynatrace cluster admin password) during Dynatrace installation or operation.
