I have deleted the Cluster ActiveGate URL  that Dynatrace provided if I would like to Cluster ActiveGate URL, what should I do?

Have you tried to find information in section - Dynatrace ActiveGate? (CMC(Home) > Deployment status > Cluster Active Gate > properties ( )

Also, I think this information can be found in Logs.

Also, I think it is possible to see this infromation from certificate on manage page for this Cluster Active Gate.
