Data Soource is unreachable

when I try to access Dynatrace through client I get following message:

Data Source "Server name" is unreachable.

Is there a trouble shooting procedure for this error message?

Hello Vartan,

You should be able to confirm that your credentials are correct and your server connection information by going to Settings -> Dynatrace Server Settings -> Connectivity.

Ensure that the "Enable Connection" check box is checked. Enter your credentials and then click test connection. If you are able to connect click apply and okay to save the settings.

If you are not able to connect, check with your Dynatrace Admin to have your account information reset.
