You can disable that in Cluster Management Console -> Settings -> Preferences under “Allow Dynatrace Support remote access to environment monitoring settings”. If that option is disabled contact with Dynatrace One via help chat or your sales rep.
What is the reason you want to opt-out? How can Dynatrace assure you to keep that enabled?

We want to disabled access because my head of security consider it as a security issue.
Ok, I’ve had this always gray out, so I thought it’s mandatory 🙂 I never recommend any client to block anything, but we have one that has proxy that works fine for mission control but does not allow opt - out.
