Dynatrace managed does currently support Red Hat and Jboss as for AMQ not fully but I believe its on the road map.
Following this link you can find all the supported technologies of Dynatrace here, be sure to keep an eye on it as we are always extending our technology-stack.
Appmon I believe does also support these as well you can find other supported technologies here
