We are in the process of planning migrating applications monitored with AppMon over the Dynatrace Managed. We are aware of the ability of drilling down into purepaths from one product to another (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/setup-and-configuration/integrations/dynatrace-modules/appmon...) but would like to confirm if this would work in the following scenario. If the web servers are monitored by Dynatrace and the application servers with AppMon, would it be possible to drill "up" from a backend server call in AppMon and see the front end related calls in Dynatrace?
It should work like this without any issue but remember that from Dynatrace you will be redirected to Appmon web dashboards, not to client. There are available purepaths as well but it’s not as flexible in this approach.
