I have recently signed up for the dynatrace trial account, but I couldn't find the option to enable the business events' analytics, and there is no option to enable GRAIL because business events depend upon GRAIL as far as I know. Can anybody suggest if this is the case with the trial account or if there is another way to activate it? or these features are only available with license version of Dynatrace. ?

I recommend getting in touch with your Account Executive to enable GRAIL and biz events for your trial account
