Recommended way would be to contact Dynatrace representative. Even if you manage to find the email, if it's too old the links may not work anymore since the versions may not be there to download. Also if you have already used the license, it must be released either during uninstall of the cluster node or by Dynatrace.
However, if you want to install another cluster node into the existing cluster, you don't need that email and you can download the preconfigured installer from CMC.
