Right now in order to mark have a 'key request' you must first see that request, find it in the UI and then tell the system it is key. If we know that a request will be a 'key request' but we haven't seen it yet, can we pre-mark it as a 'key request'?
I don't believe this is available - the only way I could think would be through the API, but I don't believe there is a mechanism for making requests as key through the API at this time.
This is an interesting question, and a good use case, and if it is not available I highly suggest making an RFE.
Has this led to an RFE yet? I believe this is not yet a feature, in Dynatrace Managed at least.
