Subscribed to Dynatrace in AWS market place on 21st Aug. Consumed hours 12. Today I am not able to see the dashboard. I read there is a 15 day free trail available. I am evaluating Dynatrace. Please let me know what can be done.

Looks like you cancelled your subscription at 2017-Aug-22. That's why you cannot see your dashboard anymore.
Also for AWS customers we offer a trial. This means you get 1,000 hours, 50,000 sessions, and 30,000 web checks for free (consumable within 15 days).
So, you can re-enable your Dynatrace subscription in the AWS marketplace to continue using Dynatrace.
