Dynatrace in-product Live Chat

Hi,

We have Dynatrace Managed on-prem install. From this page it looks like in-product live chat should be available but I'm not seeing this in our Dynatrace. Am I missing something?

Did you enable the live-chat in the setting of CMC page?

Hadn't noticed but now I see this setting is greyed out.

Hi Patrick, you can speak with your account manager and they can enable Dynatrace One (owning live chat) for you in the license settings.
