Has anyone else ever experienced issues with Dynatrace creating problem tickets? The last tickets created were back in October which we were also unable to close. This is only happening in production and our non-prod environments are fine.
We've raised a ticket with the support team but I am just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue?

Based on the looks of it, the managed cluster is facing the issue. The issue normally occurs when the ElasticSearch is not able to run as expected and is facing the issue with other internal components which helps in problem management. You are on the right path by triaging the issue within a support ticket.
Added the version you are currently on would need an update, so that is another pointer that you can work on alongside the support ticket.
