Dynatrace Managed port configuration

serhat_balik

Hi,

In the Dynatrace Managed deployment scenarios I can see that all the port configurations are marked with an arrow. Does it mean all of these configurations can be just outbound and that is all needed? Or do they need to be two-way?

For example; Managed Node ----443----> Mission Control

Exactly as allows tell what is the traffic direction. Dynatrace Managed requires only an outbound connection to Mission Control. Incoming connection can be closed externally.

For security reasons, we created a rule at the FW level of only outgoing traffic to mission control IPs.
