Hello Team,

It is my first time using Dynatrace, I'm trying to install OneAgent on a windows client, and a client is using an ActiveGate to connect SAAS, can you check where I miss

Hi @haswar, based on the logs, it looks like you have a communication issue to your Dynatrace tenant. Did you install the ActiveGate (AG), checked it connected successfully to the tenant, and then downloaded the OneAgent installer? If not in that order, I'd download the OneAgent installer again but only after you've confirmed the AG is connected to the tenant; then remove the OneAgent, clean up the folders it may leave behind, and try the installation again using a freshly downloaded installer.

Thank @andre_vdveen , the problem was solved after the network team troubleshoot, the root cause of the problem is port 9999 from client to activegate.
