We are in the situation that we need to provide some evidence that proves the stability of OneAgent itself.
We need something as follows.
1) How many times the monitoring of OneAgnet stopped by the reason for OneAgent itself as other company's results. And the number of the agents in the environment and the term.
2) How long days OneAgents keep running without any trouble as other company's results. And the number of the agents in the environment and the term.
We are asked that by the ops of infrastructure. They will manage the OneAgents and SecurityGateways if we win the contract.
Could you give us above or related information?

The last organization I worked at would install Patches monthly, so as a result the hosts would all restart once a month. We also found that it did no good second guessing Dynatrace. If you do, you will just waste valuable time as we had done previously. We had learned to take the data as Dynatrace presented us with and work off of that.
Not once did we have an issue with the oneagent and its reliability. We did have reliability issues with the managed cluster, but Dynatrace was reporting the issues about the infrastructure. When presented that info to VMWare staff they refuted it. 3 months later they realized the issue that was there all along that Dynatrace had been yelling at us about.
I was always on point for everything Dynatrace and we made soma ground breaking discoveries as well as very fast issue resolutions which we would then present to the VP and Senior VPs
