Failed to install secondary node - Dynatrace Managed



We are unable to install the secondary node in DT Managed cluster, if we look on the command in the failed message, DT kept the first cluster IP in the command ( 

"Cannot continue secondary node installation - Failed to send GET request to, error 13 - connection error: GET request to failed, error: [Errno 110] Connection timed out."

Even if we precise in the UI the new IP (in the web UI IP address) and in the command:

/bin/sh -x --seed-auth dt0c01.I2M7JYRW3IHANXEZB.{tokenkey} --cluster-ip

Can you help us to find how we can install the new node  please?

This may be related to a timeout issue I once had installing a Managed node, check out this topic to see if you can use the information: Solved: Re: Installation OneAgent on Managed Cluster Node - Dynatrace Community

You can change timeout value on components, but I think to get the fastest track to solution and installation is opening a support ticket.
