Is there a option to change the Service Quality report frequency. By default, we see the report is scheduled to be delivered every week.
1) Can we change the schedule frequency?
2) Can the content of the report or can we create a new service quality report based upon our requirements?
3) Any new reporting functionality is planned to be included as we see only Availability and service quality report available (Ex: Report to be sent by no of problems specific to Applications/Services/Infrastructure)
