HTTP Header Request Attributes no longer w properly after 1.212.211 cluster update

HTTP header Request Attributes stopped working immediately after the cluster v1.212.111 update.  I wanted to know if any others are experiencing this issue.  I have opened a SUP ticket SUP-70198 for this issue as it is widespread across our entire cluster.
