When checking details of stored procedures which are called, we get the names but the arguements passed into it, are shown as '?'

by default, Dynatrace doesn't capture bind value data because this creates large amounts of data. There is a feature for troubleshooting purposes in beta though: https://answers.dynatrace.com/spaces/483/dynatrace...
Its "troubleshooting purposes" because you'll get all bind values and can't make configuration to only catch specific values for now. A configurable feature is on the long term road map.
You can contact your sales representative to enable this beta feature for your environment.
Please note that this is only available for Managed currently.
