In order to enable application session replay, I should contact the dynatrace chat to allow it. I found the dynatrace link that lead to the chat but the problem is I only have a university account, when I enter my credentials it show an error " Invalid login credentials ", so do I need a particular type of account to access dynatrace live chat ?
Just for information we are using the dynatrace managed.

1. Is live chat enabled in you cluster? Check in Cluster Management Console -> Settings -> Preferences, or ask cluster admin.
2. Can you check again? Maybe that was a short outage.
3. No special permissions are required to use live chat if it's enabled.
