How to troubleshoot Data missing issue on graph

Hi Team , What we observed one of One Agent missing with monitoring data for 4 Minutes in graph for CPU,Memory ,Network Metrics . We are not sure how to troubleshoot the issue what is root cause and where the data gone.

Did you have a look at the agent logs?

Juilus@ Their is no clear document what to check in Logs for such issues.


No it's not. But I'd check for any errors at that time in agent log, gateway log and also server log. 4 minutes is not a long time, data should be normally buffered for much longer time in case of a network outage.
