Cluster node can be installed into non-default path by using --binaries-dir and --datastore-dir parameters. However, how can I specify non-default location for the embedded Oneagent that is normally downloaded and running on the cluster node? (the one for monitoring health of the cluster reporting to Dynatrace DevOps team, not the agents reporting to the installed cluster node).
It does not seem the Dynatrace Managed installed is providing such option. Can I somehow install the agent later? If yes, how do I get the correct token and environment?

Julius - this improvement is on our top in the backlog. Should appear around Q3. Subscribe to release notes to not miss it!
PS Due to security reasons we cannot share with you a token to install that later on your own.
What about uninstalling it and installing it again manually in different location? The /var/opt/dyatrace/oneagent contains the information needed for reinstall. If I don't delete the ruxithost.id, it should come back as the same host, right?
I haven't tried. But sounds reasonable.
Hi Julius,
This happened to me a few months ago. I opened a support case, and they recommended to wait until the fixed is available. They do not recommend installling manually the oneagent on the managed server because it has to be configured as a self-monitoring agent. This is the last comment on the case:
"I had a talk with one of our architects and unfortunately it's not recommended to do a manual installation of the self-monitoring agent afterwards. We have to wait till the change is in the product, that it will be installed correctly.". Daterof the comment: 13/Jun/18 2:36 PM GMT+0200.

Came to this topic for a similar issue. Unfortunately the (re)install question has not been answered. I started a new topic on this https://answers.dynatrace.com/spaces/482/dynatrace-open-qa/questions/244698/installation-oneagent-on...
But am in contact with support now over this,
I can confirm now, this feature will be available in version 152!
