While installing OneAgents we are using the quick PaaS creation method during the deployment. After a while the PaaS token list becomes too big.
Is it safe to delete these tokens after installation? To be more clear, are there any uses to them after the installation of OneAgents complete?

Yes it is safe to delete them - is they were used just for the OneAgent installation. In that case, the token is used just for the download and installation to fetch the other internal token for communication - sending traces/metrics.
I would agree. I just use 1 per tenant and then lock it away in LastPass so I can use it as needed.
