Is tags a csv, or a json array?

Hi,

The documentation for the {Tags} input for Problem Integration says it is a comma separated list. Is it a JSON Array, or is it a csv formatted string?

Are there available examples in the documentation?

It is a JSON array. I do not have an example but have used this before myself
