Key User Actions Data is Restricted

Dear All,

Encounter with the following message for all 'Key User Actions'. What is the solution?

  • You are currently viewing data older than 35 days, therefore, data is restricted to the top 10 browsers and top 30 geolocations.

The following is storage settings.

i have also faced the same issue and support re-routed me to this page saying its working as expected as per the retentions

Did you satisfy with the documentation link?

As you can see in the below screenshot, there is no performance data available for the key user action even for the last 30 minutes.

Secondly, which data retention type is for the key user actions?

I wanted to share with you that I investigated and found the issue differently than I was understanding and asking the community.

Basically, the guy who made key user actions in the first stage, later on, he applied the naming rules on them and did not make the key user actions to those actions.
