Lost Access to Environment

Hello,

 

If we lose access to our managed environment and cannot sign-in (as well as not having access to cluster admin email) is there a way for Dynatrace support to assist in recovery of environment? We are using LDAP credentials for login

If you are using LDAP for group management, you can add a user to to an LDAP group that has "Cluster administrator" permissions.
