When we build support archives in our Dynatrace Managed cluster, it does not include the upgrader folder or installer folder of logs. Dynatrace Support always has to ask for additional logs even though we are building the support archive using the Web Gui in Cluster Management.

You are right. This should contain these logs. I’m sure it did in the past.
Anyway, this is a bug if that doesn’t work as expected - not a product idea. Also it was reported elasticsearch logs are not there.
I’ll make sure this is fixed in upcoming releases. Please track release notes - change log
