Monitoring Blue Prism RPA

Has anyone successfully configured Dynatrace to monitor Blue Prism?

We have installed OneAgent on the application instance, the database instance, a Bot Control Center instance and a Bot instance but cannot see any transactions between the Bot and application server or database. I added a custom service as the application service was not automatically detected but still not seeing the transactions. Any ideas?

Maybe too late, but I had the same problem today. Had to enable deep monitoring of the process, which was not enabled by default.

I have a client who wants to get visibility into RPA tasks using One Agent. Not sure how to surface this data yet, just installed in test environment and will be running tests later. But any experience with surfacing RPA performance? Is One agent the right tool for this?
