Multi-tenant customers approach

We have some customers with Dynatrace deployed, that offer their application services as service (SaaS) to a large range of customers and would like to also share their Dynatrace produced information to (some of) their customers.
We have both customers with a shared (K8s) platform, and customers who have dedicated nodes/environments.
I think we can vary from management zones withing one environment, to separate environments and linking multi-tenant environments to a top saas instance for dashboarding, or have a front-end portal with static content.

I am interested in multi-tenant approaches/best practices that may be out there.

You can do that by setting up cross environment tiling for example:

So you could have a main dashboard that looks into each environment and provides the metrics back to your main dashboard.
