Hi all good day,
Does anyone experienced that there is no request going through a specific web service, it says no request for over 100days.
But there is a history of request that passed through.
What are the recommendation to resolve this?
Without knowing more - it's hard to tell. Best way will be to reach to DynatraceOne via product chat.
Did you try to restart the application process? You don't see any requests on the service? How do you know those request are passing via the service? Maybe you have some service detection rules in place that redirected these requests to other service?
