OneAgent Services failed to restart

Dears I Appreciate your support and recommendations for this situation:

  • After migration to Private cloud, I've got this message on a specific server where OneAgent is installed.
  • Another server is Up and Running normally but, on Dynatrace platform it shows OneAgent is Offline.

Hello.

Have you tried to reinstall one agent?

install.log very helpful in such cases. Also, at 99% re-installation fixes any connectivity\ permissions issues.

Also, you can try to find any errors in ruxitagent_host_* log in %PROGRAMDATA%\dynatrace\oneagent\log

Thanks @Romanenkov_Al3x , Yes honestly I've suggested to the Server admin that I'll re-install Dynatrace OneAgent tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the second suggestion also, I'll check it in advance.
