Prioritize Licenses in dynatrace managed

Hi,

Is there any possibility to prioritize the licenses system in dynatrace managed? In our non-prod we have over usage of licenses and we want to prioritize the licenses for specific hosts/host group.

Ex: First it should prioritize the licenses to WEB servers then Application servers
