Dynatrace Log Analytics have following free tier limits of the of the OneAgent log viewer:
1) Limit of 5 log-based event definitions per service or per OneAgent?
2) When we added log-based event definitions, can we see this errors/event in PurePath of Service?
In AppMon we have this ability. (Log sensor added errors to Errors Dashlet and i can drill down to PP)

1) This limit is per environment (tenant)
2) Currently events generated by log patterns are present only in problem feed and are used by AI to generate problems and correlate with other events generated in the system. Integration with purepaths is on the roadmap but that has little to do with log pattern events.
