UPDATE: We have deployed a fix to all Dynatrace SaaS environments and have confirmed that the problem is resolved for all users.
FYI there is a current issue impacting users trying to log into Dynatrace. The users that will be impacted are users with letters in their name that are not included in the English alphabet. Such as but not limited to: Á á
A temp work around would be to create a new user account for the impacted user with a name that is basic in nature and follows the English Alphabet such as: Jon Doe then user InPrivate or incognito mode to login to the work around account for the user.
