According to the document, it seems to need the following steps to get Service quality report.
To subscribe to weekly service quality report emails
1. Select Reports from the navigation menu.
2. Click a Service quality report to open the report.
3. Click the Browse (...) button.
4. Click Subscribe.
But, we have received the report without the subscribe setting.
Please let me know what kind of users receive service quality reports, though they do not subscribe.
