Request Parameter - web request naming rule

We would like to do some web request naming rule for some of our URLs.

Example :
Identifying “WorkBucket.do?bucketId=508”, and rename it to ““WorkBucket.do US-Search"

What I noticed is that the data captured by default is masked hence I cant set rules to process masked data.
WorkBucket.do?bucketId=*****&memberId=*****

I assume the masking is done at admin level, Is there a way we can add exceptions to certain value we want to unmask?

Dynatrace allows you to decide whether a request attribute should be treated as confidential. For this and other obvious reasons, users who are authorized to define request attributes must have the Configure capture of personal data permission.
