SMS Notification on Availability problem for Synthetic not received (Not sent)

Hi Every One,

I want to check if someone faced the same issue, and if yes, how to solve.

 

I defined an alerting profile with SMS Notification on synthetic monitoring.
Everything is well configured.
Problem is opened in the Problem page with the right alerting profile but SMS is not received.
 
When I checked, I find a note and this was confirmer by the Support team in the Chat
AI resolved the problem, therefore the problem did not get sent.
 
So, How can I force to receive the SMS in such case?

AI resolved the problem, therefore the problem did not get sent.

 

Only thing I can assume they mean is that the problem was solved before the notification threshold was reached. 

Is the threshold vor availability in the alerting profile > 0?

In that case I'm at a bit of a loss what support meant with the answer. From my POV the way you have set it up and with a duration of 10 min this should have been alerted.
