Service Quality Report TimeZone Incorrect

Hi there,


I am having trouble finding where to change the Service Quality Report TimeZone. Our report shows that the peak infrastructure time is between 12am-3am.


Could someone please point me in the right direction.

What is time of your computer? Dynatrace is storing all data in GMT time zone. Than during presentation it is modified on the fly in addition to your time zone.

Thanks for your reply.


I spoke with support, the Service Quality Report timezone is based on the timezone set under Account>Environment.


Unfortunately the reports are not updated on the fly so I have to wait until the next report is generated to see my correct timezone.


Good to know 🙂 my answer is related to test of the interface I according to my experience. Reports are static so as you’ve mentioned they are not updating on the fly.
