Is it possible, that a user, who is not admin user in Dynatrace Managed, set a maintenance window for host, process, service, application and -groups?
Is there a way to deal with this request inside of management zones?
I ask, because the process now is, that a develop team raise a ticket to get a maintenance window configured in order to have no notification during a maintenance or deployment or ...
Is there a way to empower the developer teams?

There is no way in the UI that would allow a non admin user to create a maintenance window but there is a REST API that can be used by your teams. The necessary token scope is restricted to creating maintenance windows and the token can be granted by your admin users.
