Switching monitoring mode to infrastructure

Hello,

I am monitoring an Azure App Service using a Sass trial account.
I am trying to switch monitoring mode to infrastructure after OneAgent installation, like the documentation suggests https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/hosts/basic-concepts/get-started-with-in..., but I am getting the message "This host was created for PaaS integration. Changing mode of this host is not applicable"

I'm afraid this one (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/setup-and-configuration/setup-on-cloud-platforms/microsoft-az...) doesn't behave as standard oneagent and cannot be switched do infra mode.
