I am able to login in Dynatrace console, but after we try to access environment it throws error "We’ve run into technical difficulties".
After this we create another environment in DT console to see same issue is reflecting or not on newly created environment further we haven't seen issue on newly created environment.

Please issue a support ticket or contact Dynatrace One via chat.
In the mean time, did you try to look into server logs? I believe you will find the reason there.
Issue got resolved, DT support team provided latest version for managed cluster node via chat support.
Now we are able to access Dynatrace environment.
