Update RUM Session End

Hi all,

Currently, I've checked that we have fixed values for session of RUM which is 35 minutes for Web

and Mobile

• After 10 minutes of inactivity on a mobile device.1
• When the session duration reaches 6 hours.

Question, can we configure them into different values like Web is 40 minutes or Mobile is 15 minutes of inactivity.

I know dtrum.endSession does not help with Web. Any ideas?

Hi,

on mobile you only can end a session by API call (which starts the next session as there is no sessionless state). A configuration of the timeout values is not possible.
