After installing the oneagent it seems to start ok, but then gives this warning:
"Unable to send/handle initial cluster time request: received message with error code: REQUEST_REJECTED (8)"
In the end it does not connect to the saas environment.
[native] Exception handling periodic task heartbeat: received message with error code: REQUEST_REJECTED (8)
[native] ============================== Agent DEACTIVATED ============================== (it means the agent has been rejected by the server. no more data will be sent by this agent, except heartbeats.)
So, I assume this first warning is related to the fact that it can not connect. "REQUEST_REJECTED"
We do use a proxy, but apart from that, there is nothing special going on.

Hi Bert. Please kindly open a support ticket at https://www.dynatrace.com/support/contact-support/ for this. If you are using a Docker deployment, this might be a known issue, that requires some changes in configuration of your tenant.
It had to do with the docker-image deployment indeed. The version of the OneAgent available in dockerhub was not accepted by the Dynatrace SAAS server.
It was released to the dockerhub the day after and it all started working then.
