Just curious, instead of other (with the gear cog icon), I am wondering why it show this.

What the difference between this question mark icon and gear cog icon then?

This view is of the CA Siteminder product. Dynatrace does not have a custom icon for it and therefore the 'type' is defined as 'Other'. Therefore the icon is set to the questionmark.
