I got a customer who has Seibel apps which they want to monitor via Dynatrace . But they want to know what metrics Dynatrace can collect for a Seibel based app . Can anyone please help !!

As well as I know, the Siebel is not supported by Dynatrace.

Oh. So you are interested only in metrics data. In this case, you can use this extension for the Siebel SARM.
I am thinking of using that only . The scenario is that i don't have a Seibel instance where i can install one agent and check the metrics .
My exact query about the metrics is : Is there any metric which can show a failed order ? For example if the customer wants to track if any order has failed , can they track that using any Dynatrace metric ?
It seems no. because the extension is providing only the Count, Response time, CPU time, and Memory usage. Someone else, in the community, can comments on it, especially someone who has really used this extension.
